The Principal reports to the Registrar and manages all SoPEL operations and resources.
Heads of Units support planning and management and report to the Principal.
Functional officers deliver administration, admissions, training, apprenticeship and quality assurance.
Regional centres may be established in areas of high demand and led by appointed coordinators.
