The project is initiated by the Engineers Registration Board (ERB), a government body that regulates and supports Tanzania’s engineering sector. It is aligned with national plans and development goals, as well as the ERB’s vision and mission.

It addresses skills gaps, capacity challenges, and professional registration requirements through online courses, face-to-face sessions, and apprenticeship—delivering accessible, innovative, industry-aligned training.
